Thorn's mission is to eliminate child sex trafficking and pornography online thorough the use of innovative technologies.

 

Thorn works with a group of technology partners who serve the organization, continuing to develop technology barriers to ensure the safety of children.

 

Ashton Kutcher advocate and co-founder for this organization has appeared in court and various public spaces to advocate for the elimination of sex trafficking. 

 

Thorn has formed partnerships to build tools and fight the war against sex trafficking and child sexual abuse.

 

Thorn uses Spotlight, a web-based tool to help identify victims. Spotlight has helped identify 14,874 child victims of human trafficking and 16,927 traffickers in the past four years.

 

This tool is saving 60 percent of search time daily. Reports of child pornography material online have increased 10,000 percent since 2004 and its Thorns mission to get it eliminated.
