Advocate Barbara Amaya is an award winning, speaker, trainer, and author.

 

She wrote what is now one of Amazon’s best selling memoirs, Nobody's Girl.

 

Barbara is a survivor of domestic sex trafficking and exploitation - she was a victim for over a decade.

 

Barbara has a background in education and is qualified in early childhood development. She has been an advocate since 2012.

 

Now, she trains service providers, law enforcement, health care professionals, teachers, and counselors on how to properly interact and interview victims in a trauma informed manner based off of her personal, traumatic experiences.
